Speaker Bio  

Dr. McAllister Castelaz is a general dentist and clinical consultant. She received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at Lancaster General Hospital before entering a full-time clinic practice. She previously practiced in federally qualified health centers, serving as a lead dentist at a clinic in Wisconsin and dental director at another clinic in Virginia. She provides clinical expertise to dental clinics looking to improve current workflows and enhance access opportunities. Dr. Castelaz is the current president of the American Mobile and Teledentistry Alliance and has held leadership positions in several other dental-specific organizations. Her current areas of interest include teledentistry, dental workforce optimization, and access to care challenges and their solutions.
