Helping You Succeed
AGD’s leaders, volunteers and staff are continuously developing tools and resources to help you care for your patients and manage your practices. Your colleagues, who represent a variety of practice backgrounds and who are often involved at the local, state and national levels of organized dentistry, contribute their knowledge and clinical and practice expertise to support and advocate for you and the other approximately 40,000 general dentists who are members of the AGD.
Some of the resources we offer include:
- forms;
- templates;
- practice management tools;
- patient education materials;
- information on key issues;
- details on AGD policies; and
- much more.
Our goal is to consistently provide you with information and tools that will enhance your practice and the individualized care that you provide to every patient.
"As general dentists, we are trained in all areas of oral health delivery, not just one specific specialty. Because of this, AGD ensures its members are knowledgeable in all fields. Many of the greatest innovations in specialist areas come from general dentists."
