AGD Constituent Email and List Agreement statements are due July 31. If your constituency has not already submitted this agreement, download a copy from the Important Dates and Forms section of the AGD website, and return a signed copy to the CST by July 31 via fax to 312.335.3429.  

The new constituency cross-promotion, unlimited-access option has been approved and added to the email and list agreement. The cross-promotion agreement is designed to grant permission to another AGD constituency to be a secondary e-blast administrator. The agreement grants them unlimited access to local constituency activities, programs and events so they can cross-promote these events to their own constituency members. Complete details are provided in the agreement. The email and list agreement provides a framework for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in the use of AGD members’ email addresses and mailing information. The agreement form must be submitted annually to AGD by each constituency. 

Constituency presidents are asked to review the agreement, share it with constituency board members and ensure a copy is signed and returned to the CST by July 31.
