All delegates and alternate delegates must stay at the AGD contracted hotel in order to receive housing reimbursement. Only reservations made via telephone with the AGD codes or links are considered part of the official housing block and qualify for the AGD approved housing reimbursement. AGD does not authorize outside housing companies and will not pay expenses for other area hotels. Should the AGD room block be sold out, contact AGD staff prior to booking a room in another hotel.
The housing block cutoff date is October 22, 2026.

Single Occupancy: $265 plus taxes and fees
Double Occupancy: $265 plus taxes and fees
Triple Occupancy: $290 plus taxes and fees
Quadruple Occupancy: $315 plus taxes and fees

A limited number of government room rates are available to uniformed service members and other government-employed Annual Meeting attendees at the prevailing government rate.
