Comparison of Incidental Findings on CBCT and 2D Images

8-21-23_GenDenA new study in General Dentistry determines the number of incidental findings (IFs) that are detected on CBCT scans but not visible on periapical or panoramic images. The results will teach clinicians exactly which IFs are most likely to appear on routine 2D scans, improving diagnosis of disease and overall patient care.
