Conservative Approach to Masking a Darkened Tooth
A patient presented with severe darkening of an endodontically treated maxillary left central incisor. The tooth had sound structure, so the placement of a conservative direct composite resin veneer with opacifying pigments was proposed to restore form, function and esthetics.
