AGD is honored to announce that our peer-reviewed clinical journal, General Dentistry, was awarded two Bronze awards at Association Media & Publishing’s 38^th Annual EXCEL Awards Gala, held June 25 at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C. According to Michael Marchesano, AM&P executive director, “The EXCEL Awards showcase and spotlight first-class association content that’s both innovative and enlightening in a rapidly changing world.”

General Dentistry was recognized in the Feature Article category for “Nerve damage in dentistry,” by M. Anthony Pogrel, DDS, MD, published in the March/April 2017 issue. General Dentistry was also awarded in the Design Excellence category, recognizing the journal’s “use of images and design that draws the reader into the text” for the complete run of 2017 issues. We are proud to receive this recognition from Association Media & Publishing, continuing General Dentistry’s legacy as an award-winning publication.
