The AGD Strategic and Tactical Assessment and Response (STAR) program provides constituents with a team of trained facilitators and staff to assist with brainstorming, strategic planning and goal-setting. The STAR program helps constituent leaders create action plans and ensures that they are useful in meeting project deadlines. After every STAR program appointment, constituents are given a written summary from the goal-setting session to review for internal project purposes.
