AGD Comments on DOJ Rule on Accessibility of Medical Diagnostic Equipment

The Academy of General Dentistry recently submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Justice's Disability Rights Division on the proposed revisions to Title II ADA regulations, 28 CFR part 35, to adopt standards for Medical Diagnostic Equipment (MDE) issued y the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board, 36 CFR part 1195, known as the MDE Standards.
