Submit Your Email and List Agreement Statements
AGD Constituent Email and List Agreement statements are due Aug. 31. If your constituency has not already submitted this agreement, download a copy from the Important Dates and Forms section of the AGD website, and return a signed copy to the CST by Aug. 31 via fax to 312.335.3429.
The new constituency cross-promotion unlimited-access option has been approved and added to the email and list agreement. The cross-promotion agreement is designed to grant permission to other AGD constituencies to be secondary e-blast administrators with unlimited access to cross-promote local constituency activities, programs and events to other constituency members (see agreement for complete details). The email and list agreement provide a framework for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when it comes to the use of AGD members’ email addresses and mailing information. This agreement between AGD and each constituency is to be submitted by the constituency on an annual basis.
Constituency presidents are asked to review the agreement, share it with constituency board members, and ensure a copy is signed and returned to the CST on behalf of the constituency by Aug. 31.
