Speaker Bio
Mary-Ellen Pichè, CPHQ, LFACHE, LSSBB, is a healthcare executive, consultant and author who provides services to healthcare organizations, including strategic planning, organizational assessment/development, patient experience improvement, leadership development and high reliability. She delivers seminars on the patient experience and staff/physician/patient engagement. She is co-author of the book, “The Patient’s Primary Care Experience: A Roadmap to Powerful Partnerships.” Previously, Pichè was a consultant with Planetree Inc. and CEO of the Albany, New York VA Medical Center.
