Updating your contact information in your AGD2025 registration does not update your AGD membership profile. To update your AGD member information, access your AGD member profile or call AGD 888.AGD.DENT (888.243.3368). The AGD office is open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central.
The guest registration is for social guests attending in a non-business capacity and cannot attend courses or claim CE credit. A guest registration only provides access to the President's Reception, Exhibit Hall, and social events.
If your dental team is attending AGD2026, please register them as dental team members to ensure they can participate in educational courses.
Congratulations on your achievement! Yes, as an awardee, you will need to be registered for AGD2026. You received specific information for registering as an awardee and receiving your complimentary registration via email. If you need your registration information resent, please contact education@agd.org.
If your guest(s) is only attending the Convocation Ceremony, then no event guest registration is required for the guest, but a ticket for the ceremony will be required. There is no fee for the ticket, but we will need to know who is attending the Ceremony. You can add the names during registration.
If you and/or your guest are attending the reception, you can redeem your two complimentary Reception tickets and purchase more, if needed.

Children aged 14 and over will need to have a guest registration. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Premium Plus members must register on or before April 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CDT to receive free registration. Any registration after April 30, 2026, will be subject to the 2026 regular member registration rate. If you have any questions, please contact meetings@agd.org or call (888) 243-3368.
Event Registration Cancellation: Full conference registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD on or before 11:59 p.m. CDT on May 25, 2026. Cancellation requests for any reason received after the May 25 deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Please submit refund requests by emailing meetings@agd.org.
Course Cancellation: Full course registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee (participation courses will be assessed an additional 10% of the course cancellation fee), will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by 11:59 p.m. CDT May 25, 2025. Cancellation requests for any reason received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the Scientific Session, will not be eligible for a refund. Please email requests to meetings@agd.org.
All cancellations and refunds will be processed within 60 days after AGD2026.
Review Course: All attendees who cancel their course registration will be charged a $50 processing fee automatically. If an attendee cancels his/her course registration once the course materials have been sent out, then the attendee will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the overall cost of the materials in the amount of $225 which includes the cost of the study guide in addition to the access of the course handouts regardless of whether the attendee accessed/downloaded the materials from the AGD secured site. Attendees who do not contact the AGD and cancel their registration by the date of the course will forfeit their entire course fee. Exceptions to the cancellation policy (emergencies, illness, etc.) will be considered on an individual basis and may require documentation for verification.

Yes. AGD’s Take the Floor series featured at Scientific Session presents symposium-style sessions featuring timely and relevant topics in dentistry. These 45-minute presentations (35 minutes of lecture, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A) allow experts to explore clinical, mental health, and physical well-being topics. Participants will gain invaluable insights into the field’s most pressing challenges, enhancing their professional growth. The deadline for submission is 11:59 CDT on February 1, 2026. Additionally, the call for e-Posters is open to interested students (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, post-doctoral), residents and recent graduates (within the past five years). e-Poster presentations should be no longer than 15 minutes in length and must be based on focused research in clinical health-related dentistry. Presentation topics may include scientific research, a case study on clinical innovation or a systemic literature review. These presentations may have been previously published.
