Who can I contact to resend my AGD2025 confirmation?
Confirmations come from “AGD2025ScientificSession@bravuratechnology.com” please check your junk or spam folder. If you need your confirmation resent, please email meetings@agd.org.
How do I change my registration category?
Please email meetings@agd.org and specify what the registration category should be.
How can I make changes to my registration, add a guest(s), or add courses?
If you have completed your registration, please use the login credentials provided in your confirmation email log into your existing registration record. Please contact meetings@agd.org if you need assistance.
If you started a registration, but haven’t completed your registration, please go to the registration login page and select “login and modify.” If no password has been sent, you may need to use the “email me my password” button. The email field is case sensitive, so please enter your email address exactly as you entered it on your initial registration. If you need assistance, please contact meetings@agd.org.

How do I update my contact information?
Updating your contact information in your AGD2023 registration does not update your AGD membership profile. To update your AGD member information, access your AGD member profile or call AGD 888.AGD.DENT (888.243.3368). The AGD office is open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central.
Who should register as a guest?
The guest registration is for social guests attending in a non-business capacity and cannot attend courses or claim CE credit. A guest registration only provides access to the President's Reception, Exhibit Hall, and the new Thursday evening social function. If your dental team is participating in AGD2025, please register them as “dental team” to ensure they can participate in educational courses.
I am only attending the Convocation Ceremony and Celebration. Do I need to register myself and/or my guest(s)?
Congratulations on your achievement. Yes, as an awardee, you will need to be registered for AGD2025. You will receive a link to register for free via email in April 2025. If you need your registration link resent, please contact education@agd.org.
If your guest is only attending the Convocation Ceremony and/or Convocation Reception, then no guest registration is required; however, you will need to purchase a guest Convocation Reception ticket when you (as the awardee) register for AGD2025.
If you and/or your guest are attending the Celebration reception, you can redeem your complimentary Celebration ticket and purchase a guest Celebration ticket.
If your guest is only attending the Convocation Ceremony and/or Convocation Reception, then no guest registration is required; however, you will need to purchase a guest Convocation Reception ticket when you (as the awardee) register for AGD2025.
If you and/or your guest are attending the Celebration reception, you can redeem your complimentary Celebration ticket and purchase a guest Celebration ticket.
How can I become an AGD member?
Visit www.agd.org/membership to view membership plans and to join.
Do children need to be registered to access the Exhibit Hall?
Yes. A guest registration is required for all individuals to access the Exhibit Hall.
What is the policy for the Premium Plus Early Bird registration rate?
Premium Plus members must register on or before April 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CDT to receive free registration. Any registration after April 30, 2025, will be subject to the 2025 regular member registration rate. If you have any questions, please contact meetings@agd.org or call (888) 243-3367.
What is the cancellation policy?
Event Registration Cancellation: Full conference registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD on or before 11:59 p.m. CDT on June 9, 2025. Cancellation requests for any reason received after June 9 will not be eligible for a refund. Please submit refund requests in writing to meetings@agd.org.
Course Cancellation: Full course registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee (participation courses will be assessed an additional 10% of the course cancellation fee), will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by 11:59 p.m. CDT June 9, 2025. Cancellation requests for any reason received after June 9, will not be eligible for a refund. Please submit cancellation requests in writing to meetings@agd.org.
Review Course: All attendees who cancel their course registration will be charged a $50 processing fee automatically. If an attendee cancels his/her course registration once the course materials have been sent out, then the attendee will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the overall cost of the materials in the amount of $225 which includes the cost of the study guide in addition to the access of the course handouts regardless of whether the attendee accessed/downloaded the materials from the AGD secured site. Attendees who do not contact the AGD and cancel their registration by the date of the course will forfeit their entire course fee. Exceptions to the cancellation policy (emergencies, illness, etc.) will be considered on an individual basis and may require documentation for verification.
All cancellations and refunds will be processed within 60 days after AGD2025.

Will there be a call for submissions for AGD2025?
Yes. AGD’s Take the Floor series covers timely and relevant topics within the field of dentistry. These symposium-style presentations, each with 35 minutes of lecture and 10 minutes of Q&A, will allow subject matter experts to highlight themes across clinical disciplines, mental health, and physical well-being. Presentations should be interactive, educational, and informative. These can include case studies that encompass examples, results, and other takeaways in which attendees can learn and apply to their practice. The deadline for submission is 11:59 CDT on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Click here for abstract guidelines.
Additionally, AGD’s call for e-Posters will be open to interested students, residents and recent graduates. These will be 15-minute presentations based on focused research in clinical health-related dentistry. Presentation topics may include scientific research, a case study on clinical innovation or a systemic literature review. This call for abstracts closes at 11:59 PM CDT on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
