Speaker Biography
Dr. Hoopingarner graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston in 1973 and has maintained an active private practice since that time. He holds standard and advanced proficiency certificates from the Academy of Laser Dentistry and is on the board of directors and executive committee of that organization. He is a recognized course provider and holds mastership in the Academy of Laser Dentistry as well. He is an Associate Professor in the department of General Practice at UTSD. He was a clinical instructor at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for over 10 years demonstrating usage of laser technology for three different wavelengths.
