Academy of Genral Dentistry Announces Final Call for E-Poster Submission for AGD 2025

  • by AGD Staff
  • Mar 24, 2025

The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) is calling for the final submissions of e-posters for AGD2025, the organization’s annual scientific session. This opportunity is open to students (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and post-doctoral), residents, and recent graduates (within the past five years) to showcase their clinical health-related dentistry research. The deadline for submissions is April 2, 2025.

E-poster presentations must be based on focused research in clinical health-related dentistry. Topics can include scientific research, case studies on clinical innovation, or a systemic literature review. Presentations may have been previously published.

Important Submission Details:

  • Deadline: Wednesday, April 2, 2025 (11:59 pm CST)
  • Submission Requirements: The e-poster and the abstract proposal must be submitted together at the time of submission. Only one submission will be considered for review, and incomplete or late proposals will not be accepted.
  • Review Process: The Scientific Meeting Council will review all submissions based on clarity, creativity, and significance to general dentistry.
  • Selection: If selected, any updates to the final presentation (PowerPoint or compatible format), including clinical photos or video clips, must be submitted to Terra Cooney at terra.cooney@agd.org no later than 5 pm CT on May 27, 2025.

This is the final opportunity to submit your e-poster for AGD2025. Don't miss your chance to share your essential research and innovations in general dentistry with colleagues and peers.

For more information and to submit your e-poster, please visit E-Poster Submissions.

Note: Submitting an e-poster does not guarantee acceptance into the AGD2025 program. If you need to replace your original submission, please withdraw and resubmit before the deadline. Only the most recent version of the e-poster or abstract proposal will be reviewed. E-poster speakers will not receive an honorarium and are not reimbursed for travel or hotel expenses.
