Jason S. Kaner, Esq., is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on the representation of employers and management in connection with a wide array of workplace and employment issues at the federal and state court and administrative agency levels. Jason has broad litigation experience in prosecuting and defending actions involving noncompetition agreements, restrictive covenants and trade secrets.

Jonathan R. Cavalier, Esq., is a principal in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
