Speaker Biography
Victoria Patrounova, RDH, MHA is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in the Department of Periodontics and Dental Hygiene. She has a dental degree from Russia and earned her certificate in Dental Hygiene from UT Dental Branch at Houston and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University. Before joining faculty at UTDB in 2009 Victoria was a guest lecturer at UTDB and has been practicing dental hygiene in the Houston area for ten years. She currently teaches Pre-Clinical Technique and Clinical Practice for both first and second year dental hygiene students and presents lectures in Practice Management and Clinical Seminar courses asa a guest speaker. She also develops and presents continuing education courses. Victoria serves as an Advisor for Student Chapter of American Dental Hygienists' Association and serves as a Treasurer for Greater Houston Dental Hygienists' Society. She is a member of TDHA, ADHA, Texas Dental Hygiene Educators' Association, and ADEA.
