AGD Fellowship and Mastership are prestigious symbols of dentistry’s continuous journey toward improvement and progress. Fellows and Masters embody AGD’s principles and ideals and accept an obligation to prove themselves worthy of their designations throughout their professional lives.

In AGD’s 69-year history, 17,684 members have earned Fellowship, while 3,652 have received Mastership. During the AGD2021 Convocation Ceremony, 281 members will receive Fellowship, and 53 will receive Mastership. This annual ceremony is the profession’s most prestigious event. It continues an annual tradition set in 1962 when the first 20 AGD Fellows received their awards during a small dinner ceremony following an educational course presentation and business meeting.

AGD is united in its sincere congratulations to the 2021 Fellows and Masters and to their families for providing the support and encouragement they needed to reach this goal.
