President's Message

Dear Colleagues,

It is an honor to serve as your President for the Massachusetts Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). My years representing MAGD in various roles have strengthened my belief in the importance of leadership and collaboration in advancing our profession. They have also given me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge, connect with colleagues, and give back to the profession we share.

MAGD’s mission remains clear—providing exceptional continuing education and meaningful networking opportunities. I wish to recognize and commend CE Chair Dr. Chaitanya Patwardhan for his dedication in bringing us outstanding speakers, and Administrative Assistant Ms. Nora Cronin for ensuring our members are informed and engaged. My priority is to maintain the highest quality in our CE programs, focusing on excellence over quantity, and to support both established and newer members in their professional growth.

I am thankful for the dedication of MAGD’s leaders and volunteers whose efforts have earned us a reputation for excellence. As we look to the future, I encourage all members to get involved—share your ideas, lend your voices, and help us shape the next chapter of MAGD.
