The information in the following statement is based off an interview with New Hampshire AGD President, Dr. Jean-Paul Rabbath.
During this difficult time for most practices, AGD understands and has issued daily and weekly guideline updates, with the overview of safety and information for General Dentists.
While New Hampshire governor, Chris Sununu, made announcements about when and how dentists could reopen, the New Hampshire dental community looked to their respective dental colleagues for advice on PPE availability, as well as where to source it. In addition to AGD's collaboration with DPHI to find appropriate PPE while parameters were changing, New Hampshire AGD president and Delta board member, Dr. Jean-Paul Rabbath, worked closely with the New Hampshire Dental Society and Delta in order to provide 50 free masks for each dentist that requested them in order to guarantee starter supplies for offices that wished to reopen.
Free continuing education webinars were offered through June for members, and updates were placed on the AGD connect website to keep us all informed of the rapidly changing criteria as the difficult task of reopening began and progressed.
