Dr. Box's practice is a full time practice for mature patients over the age of 10. Services include routine preventative care and comprehensive restorative procedures including esthetic composite restorations, veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, partial and full dentures, root canals, and many cosmetic procedures. When appropriate, Dr. Box may refer patients to highly skilled specialists for interdisciplinary team consultation and treatment.
Dr. Box has acheived Fellow status in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is currently co-chairman of the Arkansas Academy of General Dentistry Mastertrack continuing education program. Other affiliations include the Academy of Interdisciplinary Dentofacial Therapy( founding member and past president), the American Dental Association, Dentistry International, Pierre Fouchard Society, and affiliate membership of the American Association of Endontics. Dr. Box is a retired colonel of the Army Arkansas National Guard Dental Services and veteran of Desert Storm.
