This webinar will explore key strategies for managing the people side of change within organizations. Participants will learn about effective processes, tools and techniques, with a focus on the ADKAR Model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement). The session will also emphasize the importance of executive sponsorship in driving successful change initiatives, offering actionable insights on securing leadership support and ensuring organizational alignment.

Speaker Bio
Mary-Ellen Pichè, CPHQ, LFACHE, LSSBB, is a healthcare executive, consultant and author who provides services to healthcare organizations, including strategic planning, organizational assessment/development, patient experience improvement, leadership development and high reliability. She delivers seminars on the patient experience and staff/physician/patient engagement. She is co-author of the book, “The Patient’s Primary Care Experience: A Roadmap to Powerful Partnerships.” Previously, Pichè was a consultant with Planetree Inc. and CEO of the Albany, New York VA Medical Center.
