Beginning March 1, AGD will extend its call center hours to better accommodate our members, providing more flexibility for members across different time zones. This change reflects AGD’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring members can access the information and resources they need when they need them.

The call center will now be available during the following times:  

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CT)
• Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (CT)
