Working at the local level, AGD constituencies do tremendous work to advance AGD’s mission and vision. Their outstanding efforts were recognized during AGD’s annual meeting. 

• Alabama AGD was the winner of the Advocacy; ACE; Richard Knowlton, DDS; Continuing Education; and Membership awards for Category 2.
• Army AGD was the winner of the ACE; Richard Knowlton, DDS; Continuing Education; and Public Information awards in the Federal Services Division.
• Oregon AGD received the ACE; Richard Knowlton, DDS; Continuing Education; and Public Information awards for Category 2. 
• Quebec AGD received the Membership Award in Category 3. 
• Texas AGD received the ACE; Richard Knowlton, DDS; Membership; and Public Information awards for Category 1.
• Veterans Administration AGD received the Membership Award in the Federal Services Division.

The AGD Constituency of the Year Award was created to acknowledge constituencies that display strength in every area of their organization, including governance and administration, continuing dental education, membership, communications, public information, legislation and dental care.

2024 Constituency of the Year Awards were presented to:

• Army AGD for the Federal Services category.
• Alabama AGD for Category 2.
• Texas AGD for Category 1.
