“Like most leaders of any organization, I’d like to see more growth in our services to members and expand the opportunities for them to become more involved,” said Guter. I want to work with the other members of the board in building and stabilizing our corporate partnerships and increasing our advocacy efforts in order to influence favorable legislative outcomes to benefit our members and the industry.”
Guter graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Science in microbiology from Ohio State and, after dental school, completed his advanced education in general dentistry residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He has fellowships from the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the American College of Dentistry, the Academy of Dentistry International and the International College of Dentistry. Guter has also been an active leader within the American Dental Association (ADA) on all three levels.
Guter is involved locally in his community with the Knights of Columbus and Rotary Club. He has also been instrumental as the Give Kids a Smile chairman for his county.
