The AGD Strategic and Tactical Assessment and Response (STAR) program provides constituencies with a team of trained facilitators and staff to assist with brainstorming, strategic planning and goal-setting. The STAR program will help constituent leaders create key action plans and ensure those plans are useful in meeting project deadlines. Additionally, following every STAR program appointment, constituencies will be given a written summary from the goal-setting meeting to review for internal project purposes.
