The Iowa Academy of General Dentistry (IAGD) offered free oral cancer screenings May 3-4 at the Iowa Dental Association’s annual meeting in Coralville. With help from AGD, IAGD was able to offer this free screening to all participants. IAGD board member dentists were on hand each day to perform the screenings. 

Volunteers distributed educational brochures to participants, and an oral cancer-related video created and funded by the Washington AGD for the AGD Foundation played on a laptop throughout the event.
