On Oct. 25, the newly redesigned agd.org won the 2017 eHealthcare Leadership Platinum Award for “Best Overall Internet Site.” The e-Healthcare Leadership awards are given to “recognize the work that has gone into creating outstanding health websites and digital initiatives.”

For “Best Overall Internet Site,” judges considered the 40 factors including “delivery of strong healthcare content, interactivity, medicate care support, integration with the organization’s operations, as well as strength of web design and ease of navigation.”

The newly designed agd.org was launched in late June as a key component of AGD’s new member-focused brand expression. The new mobile-friendly site includes improved organization and search capabilities, a Find-an-AGD-Dentist tool for patients and content segmented for general dentist based on their career stages.
