AGD Constituent Email and List Agreement statements are due June 30. If your constituent has not already submitted this agreement, download a copy from the Important Dates and Forms section of the AGD website and returned a signed copy to the CST by June 30 via fax at 312.335.3429.

The new constituent cross-promotion, unlimited-access option has been approved and added to the email and list agreement. The cross-promotion agreement is designed to grant permission to another AGD constituent(s) to be a secondary e-blast administrator with unlimited access to cross-promote their local constituent activities, programs and events to other constituent members (see agreement for complete details). The email and list agreement provides a framework for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when it comes to the use of AGD members’ email addresses and mailing information. This agreement between AGD and each constituent is to be submitted by the constituent on an annual basis. 

Constituent presidents are asked to review the agreement, share it with constituent board members, and ensure a copy is signed and returned to the Constituent Services Team (CST) on behalf of the constituent by June 30.
