Description
The goal of this webinar is to explore the advantages and principles of minimally invasive dentistry as a modern approach to oral care for children and individuals with special needs. We’ll focus on understanding the biology, techniques and strategies that create a patient-centered and minimally intrusive dental experience, as well as minimally invasive restorative procedures. Additionally, we’ll cover the importance of using behavior management techniques to create a positive and comfortable dental environment. This will provide attendees with insights into how minimally invasive dentistry can transform pediatric dentistry, fostering a more compassionate, effective and patient-friendly approach to oral healthcare. We’ll also discuss how minimally invasive dentistry fits into the broader framework of patient-centered, risk-based chronic disease management within the dental home, promoting preventive and caries management measures to achieve personalized behavioral and treatment goals.
