Nominate a Colleague for the 2021 Weclew Award
AGD is now taking nominations for the 2021 Dr. Thaddeus V. Weclew Award. This prestigious award is given to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the art and science of dentistry, or has enhanced AGD’s principles and goals and made exceptional efforts in promoting these ideals.
Named for founder Thaddeus V. Weclew, the award is one of the oldest and most prestigious bestowed by the AGD. Recent recipients include Mark Donaldson, BDP PharmD, FASHP, FACHE (2016); Howard W. Roberts, DMD, MAGD, ABGD (2017); and Steve Ratcliff, DDS, MS (2019).
To nominate a deserving colleague or educator, download or request a nomination form from education@agd.org. The nomination deadline for the 2021 award is Dec. 1, 2019.
