This Week at AGD

AGD installed new officers during its annual meeting, Nov. 14–16, in Chicago. Chethan Chetty, DDS, MAGD, a general dentist from California, concluded his term as president, and Marc J. Worob, DDS, FAGD, was installed as 2025–26 president.

AGD is seeking volunteer consultants to serve on our 2025–26 Dental Practice Council. We welcome members with experience in academic research, regulatory affairs, dental materials and/or general practice residency/advanced education in general dentistry accreditation. Volunteers gain experience in leadership and mentorship while networking with fellow general dentists — with travel expenses reimbursed.

AGD is working to address the most pressing issues faced by our members as we advocate to government entities for general dentists.
