You can take the AGD Fellowship Exam at the AGD Scientific Session or at a Schroeder Measurement Technologies Inc. (SMT) testing site near you.
The exam consists of approximately 250 multiple-choice questions and is administered during a one-day, four-hour testing session. It includes material from all dental disciplines and emphasizes clinical application of accepted dental knowledge, techniques and procedures.
Any active general dentist or associate member who joined AGD after February 2010 will be subject to a 90-day waiting period prior to applying for, or sitting for, the AGD Fellowship Exam, in order to verify his or her membership status. AGD student members are not eligible to take the exam until 90 days post-graduation and completing the transition from student to active AGD member.
